Discover how you are your child’s favorite teacher and playmate during this incredible window for learning.
Family Connects NJ is a new program in Somerset County. It's a free, universal home-visiting program for anyone who comes into the care of a newborn. In this program, a registered nurse comes into the home within 2 weeks of the newborn being born and is able to assess the baby, the birthing parent and is able to answer questions.
