Each week, a different theme of items from the Somerville Local History Collection will be displayed. Explore our physical and digital collections from Somerville.

Monday, Nov 3 | 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Somerville branch

Registration is not required for this program. 

Week 1 (11/3): Schools of Somerville- explore our collection of Somerville High School Yearbooks, Valkyries, information about the other schools in town, and more. 

Week 2 (11/10): The Daniel Robert House- learn about the history of the building in which Borough Hall and the Somerville Library are currently housed. 

Week 3 (11/17): Somerville's Significant Buildings- explore photos and other materials about significant buildings from Somerville's past. 

Week 4 (11/24): Paul Robeson- Paul Robeson is a famous actor, artist, and activist, and attended Somerville High School.
